Balance Catering was created from a need it’s owner had to obtain ceoliac / gluten free food that was healthy, tasty, and beautifully presented. It was with this in mind that lead to the creation of this dynamic health food brand. 

 

After being diagnosed with Celiac (Glutard as I coined it and fondly refer to condition) disease in 2013, I quickly realised just how difficult it was to get good quality, healthy, gluten free food choices when eating out at restaurants and cafes. This even affected those in my family & social circle, as they all had to search hard to find suitable eating establishments that catered for people with celiac disease if eating out. Which is not easy at all & as I am sure your well aware, is very expensive. It seemed that all anyone had to offer was a brownie or an almond orange cake. These offerings were always full of refined sugars, dairy, and produced in a kitchen that had cross contamination with wheat products. This was when I set up Balance Catering Ltd.

 

Balance Catering was established to provide healthy, tasty and visually beautiful food for people with food allergies but also those that just like to watch what they eat. We have developed a range of food options that not only are gluten free but also, vegan, raw, and contain no refined sugars, and that taste amazing.
